AGREEMENT FOR DESIGN SERVICES
Please read the agreement below and sign the form at the bottom of the page.
PROJECT
I agree to provide graphic design services as listed separately in the agreed quote.
All work will remain unique, original, and free of any plagiarism.
DEADLINES
We’ll agree a deadline when we start work, and I always work with the intention to meet these. However if anything crops up during the work that is going to affect my ability to meet the deadline I will let you know straight away. This includes a delay in getting information, as well as things like illness, family emergencies or other circumstances beyond my control.
PAYMENT
All fees will be invoiced upon submission of deliverables to you, and will be due within 30 days of issuing the invoice.
If the scope of work changes during the project’s completion additional costs may occur. I will chat through any price changes with you prior to beginning such tasks.
CONFIDENTIALITY
I will treat anything commercially sensitive about your business confidentially. If I need to enlist the help of fellow freelancers whilst working on your project, they will also treat your information this way.
I am happy to sign non-disclosure agreements where appropriate.
CLIENT APPROVAL
You will be notified and must approve any and all materials prior to project finalisation and submission.
CANCELLING
Either party may terminate this contract at any time for any reason they deem necessary with written notice.
Upon cancellation of this contract, you will be responsible for all expenses incurred prior to contract termination.
Should you choose to cancel this project after the project’s completion, you will remain responsible for full payment of the complete project total.
